📣 We Want Your Feedback! Superintendent Focus Area Survey 🤎💛

Last year, the North Bend School District engaged in a districtwide strategic planning process, resulting in a new 5-Year Strategic Plan centered on the priorities and needs of our students.

To support progress on this plan, we’re asking for your help! Your feedback will help the School Board and the Superintendent develop a meaningful, effective superintendent evaluation process grounded in community input. This process begins with establishing annual goals, and your input will play an important role in shaping those goals.  The questions in this survey align to the performance standards provided by the Oregon School Boards Association (OSBA), and are based on the Professional Standards for Educational Leaders (PSEL, 2015) and the National Educational Leadership Preparation Standards (NELP, 2018).
